Yeah Stall threw a pass back to the point no one was home. It pinballed off the side boards and went all the way down the ice into the open net.

Marty is now tied with Fedotenko, Foster, Coburn, Grossmann and Gervais in goals.

Didn't Ward score a BS goal like that last year?

Those deserve an * in the record books.

He now passes Hextall for most goals scored by a goalie. Even though two of them weren't actually shot in by Broduer himself.

Brodeur also scored as many goals as Carter assissted on this season

Edit: oooops my bad, Brodeur has more goals than Carter assists

In a nutshell:

Mclaren, Orr, Scott and Kaleta all on the ice for a faceoff.

Mclaren and Scott fought. About 5 seconds after the fight started, Orr jumped Kaleta, got 2 mins for instigating, 2 for cross-checking and a game misconduct. Leafs kill of 4 minute penalty

Ott is completely running around, could have easily got 3 charging minors by now.

Him and Phaneuf have been going at it all game, Ott took a unsportmanlike penalty against Phaneuf, Leafs scored to go up 1-0

And the Leafs just scored again as I type this to go up 2-0.

There has to be 10,000 Leafs fans at this game. Watch the replay of the second goal, it looks like the entire lower bowl is Leafs fans

Last edited by orangecrush8: 03-21-2013 at 06:35 PM. Reason: charging minors not majors

I didn't see it but Kaleta and Ott are up to their normal antics going by the main boards. A few fights also.

The Rangers may be joining tank watch soon. Down 1-0 to Florida at the end of the 1st.

2-1 Toronto over Buffalo after 1. Hopefully Buffalo can pull this one out.

I'm pretty sure he's on an AHL contract with the Phantoms.

That's ridiculous. Scott has no business being in the NHL.

I don't have the Leafs/Sabres game, but this Caps/Jets game has been pretty entertaining so far. 2-0 Caps and Ovechkin looks pretty good tonight. There was also a very nice fight between Wright and Oleksy. Winnipeg's arena isn't nearly as loud in this second year back though.
