This is why I dislike fanboys. They are more interested in the ice time of their favorite player and line they play on and how many minutes does the "opposing" Habs player get and etc and so on.

Here's a strange concept.

The Canadiens won the game tonight with a convincing 3rd period effort. To hell with who was the hero or if your fanboy crush didnt do well. Its a team game.

Love the effort by the Habs tonight.
Besides Subban's incredible play the last few weeks, it's mostly been a team win every night. The depth on this team is incredible.

I dont have too many complaints with his game as a Hab so far. He is getting on the job training and nothing will serve him better than that.

Understatement of the year..........."He's a keeper".

I agree. It baffles me that people complain when a Canadiens player has a very good night. Just because they are not a "fan" of that player.

I think Dumont should get the 4th line role instead of White even with Prust and Bourque back, no? and i'm getting tired of Travis Moen please trade him for a HW.

GO Habs GO

Edit: 11-2-2 on the road holy s***

At this point, I'd rather have anyone out there than Moen. MAN, has he been horrid this year. He brings absolutely zero to the table. And no, being able to play on the P.K. isn't enough.

Meh, normal. Not only do the Habs have to win, they have to win by a shutout, and play perfect hockey.

Big road win for the Habs...awesome 3rd period.

Price had a really strong game tonight, kept us in it at 2-2 on that PK and allowed us to come in and win it in the 3rd easy.

I think a lot of people have the illusion that the only way a team can win is if they dominate their adversary 3to1 in shots and never ever give away a scoring chance.

Yeah I was joking. It will cost more than it should have but oh well. Hopefully caps keep going up and we can get some steals elsewhere.

I'd like to know what happened to him....he can't be gone.....that guy he was has to still be in there, and if he comes out he's gonna be a valuable player again...i'd just like to know what it's gonna take to wake him up..because although he hasen't done anything wrong defensively....your right...he's just not all there for some reason....i dunno....i still believe in him though.....i think the playoffs will wake him up....playoffs can do magical things for players.

It's not overly negative it's just that hfb favorite little boy did not get a point. Some are probably in fetal position sucking their thumb.

Markov deserves more credit for tonight's win. Best player on the ice. He also played 5 more minutes than anyone else.

BTW-Markov is on pace to finish with the year with the second highest TOI of his career a bit behind the 2007-2008 season.

That PK was almost a turning point. Price stopped 3-4 good scoring chances in that PK. Lets hope this game will give him a confidence boost.

I just can't believe we still have Bourque, Prust and Diaz who are coming back into the line up.

I can't even remember us ever having this much depth. If we add another one of 2 "Prust" like guys for a playoff run, I'd be Stuart much more impressed.

It looks as though we really are a contender. There's 5 top tier teams in the NHL this year and we're one of them!

It sucks when you have Ryder and Gionta scoring goals and Desharnais pumping in 2 assists.

Accusing other people of being fanboys when you are the one cherry picking stats to make Eller look bad because people have the audacity to say he should be ahead of Prust when it comes to offensive playing time.

Neither Eller or Desharnais had a particularly good game regardless of whatever secondary assists were given. Both played their part in the win though.

Diaz's situation is worrying. Guy isn't even skating and it's been a while now. He was quietly establishing himself as a real good top 4 guy... hope he comes back in time for the playoffs and doesn't miss a beat.
