Nope. 1 game only. CC against Minnesota tomorrow. North Dakota might be picked to participate in the Frozen Four tournament though. Nothing is done as far as Kristo is concerned.

North Dakota will still be in the NCAA tournament, right?

It's a good possibility.

According to UND's expert, UND is a lock for the NCAA tournament.http://blog.siouxsports.com/2013/03/18/2143/

The selection show is at 8 on sunday on ESPNU.

One of our goalies needs to get hot. I would pick Zane Gothberg.

Saunders is really scary out there...and NOT scary good. I would also go with Gothberg. Live and die with him. But honestly and unfortunately...I don't see ND going too far because of that. In the end, they will go with the experienced guy....so it should be Saunders....

Frustrating game. Scoring chances were like 15-5. Und will head to the NCAA tourney still. Maybe a little rest will help. The WCHA final five is such a grind that sometimes I think it might be better off in the end to lose early. MacMillan needs to pick it up. I would like to see him on the top line. Odonnell doesn't bring anything to that line.

This might be one of those times where I'm completely lost or my memory is failing me but where is Aaron Dell?

He turned pro instead of staying for his senior year, signed in the Central Hockey League.

Thanks. So I guess this is the equivalent of the ECHL? I find it weird that he would turn pro right away without even an AHL contract on the table...

The only guy this year that I would go after is Dekeyser. Sustr and Laganiere are long-shot projects at best.
I see Stevie Yzerman signed Sustr to a two year contract yesterday.I don't know if you seen the Colorado-North Dakota game but it was a dandy and there are lots of talented players that haven't been drafted.

Sounds like he's tearing it up in the CHL. All rookie team, league MVP, and goaltender of the year.

Wow good for him. Still, he could have put NoDak over the top from what I'm reading. I don't know but having a chance for the championship and leaving for a CHL contract seems a weird decision to me.

Kristo is no selke candidate, but he makes a positive difference in his own end. I could make a few arguments for Knight as well. In the end I think Gaudreau will win, but IMO he doesn't deserve it. It will be like the Miele vs Frattin hobey a couple years ago. Everybody knew Frattin was the better player, but off ice issues prevented him from winning.
I think Gaudreau will win it and should as I think he's the best player in the NCAA, but Kristo is right up and has been all season.

They are a lock due to the strength of their schedule. Didier and his Denver team might not be so lucky though. Here's hoping Michigan can get in, would be a heck of a turnaround if so.

I wanted to see Mark MacMillan back on the top line with Kristo and Knight but had worries that the goaltending would let them down.

I'm think that it's Minnesota 1st, Colorado 2nd, North Dakota 3rd and Michigan as the 4th. Denver's schedule was quite a bit easier than all the rest, sure would have liked watching Joshua Didier play some more though.Frozen Four is going to be great again, Minnesota has two Free Agents that would look good in Hamilton, AJ Michaelson and Nate Schmidt.Colorado have three players I would like Bergevin to try and sign, they are Mike Boivin, Alex Krushelnyski and Rylan Schwartz.Every team in the Frozen Four has players that are exciting to watch and Denver as well in case they make it.

I agree. Mark MacMillan has the speed and awareness to play with Kristo and Knight more than anybody else, IMO.

What did you think of Danny? I didn't think he had a spectacular game, but he is always dangerous out there. He always seems to make a good play with the puck. And he did score an important goal.

Kristo was solid as usual, the goal was a softie that I felt the goalie should of had but they don't ask how they just ask how many.

CCHA Final will be on The Score live Sunday at 2 PM.

Michigan could be one of the team playing that game.
