Recent years? You mean when Jagr was in Russia? Sure last season Jagr was rather average playing back in the NHL after 3 seasons out of it but this season Jagr is back to being a premier player.

I will wager that Jagr finishes the season a PPG player.

When Jagr is on, he dominates shifts and games. Whitney is a crafty and shifty player but he's not dominant. Jagr also gets double teamed every time he touches the puck. Did you watch him this game and last? He toys around with opposing defenders.

As for playing with Benn, Jagr and Benn are similar players and both like to hold on to the puck and they don't compliment each other.

Give Jagr Roy as a center and I bet his totals explode.

Obviously tonight doesn't happen if the dissapointment in Denver don't but I'd say we were due to win yesterday and didn't and we were due to lose this game and we won..

Kari was perfect and we got the goals.. that's it..

BTW kind a suprised that Vincour played only 8.30mins ´cause he was the least banged up and to me he seemed to have good spark. I would keep him for sat. ´cause he can also play with the puck and we certainly will have it more against Avs..

LA and Anaheim have the weirdest 3 star selections I swear...

Just couldn't bring themselves to acknowledge what Jagr did to them.

I just look at it as Kari being named 1st and 2nd star, unofficially.

Jagr says Kari needed some exercise tonight because they didn't practice this morning.

i really hate this franchise for being in a position where i am disappointed when they score and pissed off when they win. they are going to be right in the thick of things at the deadline and stick to their guns again because this team will have earned the right to see if they can make it.
