As others have said, he hasn't been terrible but he is 8th on the depth chart right now.
Subban, Markov, Georges, Emelin, Bouillon, Tinordi. Diaz is hurt and bumps Tinordi when he gets back. If someone else gets hurt before Diaz gets back then Kaberle plays. If not then he probably never plays another game here.
He impressed me much with his recent play, realy KISS kind of play, no stupid passing, he's outplayed anyone auditioning on the 6th spot (Weber, Tinordi and Pateryn) by a faire margin, i'm pretty sure they are siting him to buy him out at the end of the season, because he has been good, also they might be waiting to see how Diaz's concussion is healing before trading him. They might keep him in case of emergency in the PO, but if not he's gonna sit till the end of the season and then bought out, like they wanted to do with Gomez.
I can't believe he's THAT bad. What the hell happened? Everyone slagged on him for his time in Boston but he led all defenseman in scoring on a cup winning team.
If the Oilers weren't up against the contract cap I'd give him a shot.
He isn't that bad, you have a huge majority of habs fans who parrot each other and this guy is the goat. When he is gone there will be another goat that they all decide to jump on. Similar to when MAB was with the habs getting played almost 20mins a night for league minimum, they all jumped on him when it was clearly the fault of an inept coach.
Like I said he is an nhl level specialist and could be a valuable piece at the right price.
