How does Jonathan Quick have 2 votes? I can understand someone going for Stamkos over Crosby, kind of, even though it's still wrong, but Quick?

If Quick was consistently at the level he was last playoffs Quick>Crosby AINEC. But he hasn't had a great year so...

Quick I'd RATHER Ovechkin than Quick, solely because of Ovy's history.

start at #4, the consensus is that Crosby, Malkin and Stamkos are the top 3 and the only people who disagrees are either major homers or greatly overrate some two way guy. No one else is remotely close

That's most likely what will happen, but it could be interesting to see what % of the voting each of those guys get. Crosby is running away with this one but when will the polls become close? I'll say when we get to Stamkos at #3 it will be closer, with Karlsson and Datsyuk getting a lot of votes.

I voted Quick for fun because I think he's the worst player there and the votes don't matter Crosby will rightfully win in a landslide

Should have been a Bozak option. He'd be winning the poll if he had been on there; I assume that he was left off because we're starting after Bozak and the list will go as such:

Best Players:

Tyler Bozak.

Best after Bozak:

1. Crosby (assuming the poll results hold)
2. Karlsson/Datsyuk/Zetterberg/Stamkos/Malkin/whoever
etc.

Quick would have to play that way...for every game...for the rest of his career. Quick>Crosby will always be a false statement.

Start at #3..Its Sid then Geno. Stamkos may have some competition from guys like Karlsson, Toews or Datsyuk.

Hate the constant whining to the ref, but can't deny that he's #1.

Crazy how people try to reformulate the question to try to make the answer not be Crosby.

Whoops. Voted Stamkos by accident. Meant Crosby.

This is a poll that is truly no contest.
