I'd hate seeing Comrie in a Habs uniform; heck I even prefer Ribeiro!

Comrie scored 30 goals last season and had more points than Ryder.
He is DEFINATELY an upgrade over Ribeiro, let's get serious

I'll give you that, comrie knows how to skate, but i don't think he is the C we need, nor is he worth Ryder into the deal as well.

Saku Koviu 5'10 - 1st line center

Mike Comrie 5'9 - 2nd line center
Sergi Samsnov 5'8-2nd line winger

do you see why this isnt going to work ?

so what are you going to try to tell me? the Sabres first and second line centers are 5"10 and 5'9 ?

what's the big deal about the Sabres? they win the cup? wasnt the team i seen skating around with the cup .

how big were carolina's 1 and 2nd line centers ?
how big were edmonton's 1st and 2nd line centers?

Comrie is actually 5'10, about the same size of Koivu... he skates well, has good speed, can score and make good passes. Very aggressive nature...

And while Ribeiro is 6', Comrie actually uses his size very efficiently, unlike Ribs who has the frame of a chicken. Have you seen some chicken trying to hit someone ?? Man, poor chicken...

Send a message via MSN to Dogbert*
Unless the station's contacts are in Phoenix, forget it. The Habs' head office leaks nothing.

Morris would be a welcome asset too, he's more skilled than Souray, and very aggressive too, just smaller.

But anyway, we're talking about a probable made-up rumor on a blog by 'elephant man'...

This source lacks credibility big time IMO

I don't think the issue is questioning Elephant Man's creds but those of Team 990 who are the ones reporting the possible deal.

and giraffe man won't be covering nhl rumors until they sign the transfer agreement with Russia
