I hope your boys can make the playoffs too, and keep the Rangers out.

The length of time the players have been playing together is immaterial. If they're not producing now, it doesn't matter how they produced historically. You can't say a player who's 280th is a top six forward because he has been historically.

This is so true it's scary.

If there has been one weak link this game, and I'm really nit-picking its Nikitin.

Yeah, I hope he's gone come the trade deadline. He's been awful all year.

He has improved from the beginning of the season for sure, but still some questionable plays out of him.

I agree. That was a great shift by Cam. He's got to be one of my favorites.

I think after a number of games has passed you can judge whether a guy is no longer top six. How many games, I don't know.

Either way we have 4 guys scoring at a second line pace this year.

Power play is moving the puck okay, we just need to generate more (and better) shots.

And we need more traffic in front of the net.

But I'm just nitpicking at this point.

Flames feed replayed it. It actually looked like he twisted his knee. It kind of buckled when it hit the boards.

Back on the ice. Whew. That Calvert/Atkinson/Artie line is very fast and very talented.
