How the hell did he not answer your question?? If that didn't answer your question, honestly nothing will. He is on waivers. He played like he did in Ottawa, crappy.

Sustr is a much, much better option than Lee. Literally improved on him for free, waiving Lee makes perfect sense and he always does fine in the AHL. Lee could walk into Stevie Y's office and moon him and it was still a good trade for the Lightning.

Haha this is funny. But I agree, it is still a good trade. and there is still an off chance Lee may get it figured out. not likely, but possible. I feel like he has raw talent, and the right coach may be able to bring it out... Hopefully Cooper is that coach.

"If we want to make a move, we have a lot of different things that we can do,'' Yzerman said. "We are going to bring Andrej Sustr in so we have to create a roster spot, whether I want to reassign one of the young guys, keep the young guys, and with Brian clearing waivers it gives me the opportunity if I decide to assign him to Syracuse.''

"It's been an up-and-down season for him. He's been solid in some games but I still consider him a young defenseman and it's a learning process,'' Yzerman said. "We are not giving up or writing him off by any means, but it's been up and down a little bit. … I believe there is something there and he is capable of playing in this league.''

Lee is a career minus player who does not put up a lot of points to compensate for the poor plus/minus. I dont believe he would be of any help to Syracuse, other than giving me a player to dislike more then Oberg. There is a couple of reasons no one claimed him; 22gp 0pts, -13. Send him to Europe or buy him out
