It seems to me they have really been dropping the suspension hammer as of late
Most recently and notably lupul, edler, and perry
I'm not saying this is bad, i actually think its a good thing and it'll help clean up the game.

Are there still any doubts that we'll finish ahead of the Flames this season?

Nope, and at this rate it looks like Calgary could potentially draft Mackinnon or Jones.

They missed Nash's hit.

Well, honestly, when I read a list like this I think they might be nabbing the wrong kids at the playground. In these instances I wonder how much this is the result of players frustration boiling over at the plenty of hacks in the league that are allowed to do whatever they want.

Are we getting the instigators here or the reaction?

Somebody explain the Winnipeg Jets. 3rd place in conference on the basis of being first in Southeast conference twilight zone, the club is -15, get blown out twice in a row at home by the dead and buried Washington Capitals, and you never know what that club is up to. Lurching from one extreme to another.

The East is just pathetic. I don't know that more than 4 teams from that conference will deserve to make the playoffs.

I just looked wow there are some teams way lower than you think they would be in that conference.

I think it's a combination of a crappy conference and the fact that they have some good veteran players who are dragging that team along. Andrew Ladd is a fantastic player.

Ladd is the perfect type of guy we need for this rebuild.

Vancouver can be pretty impressive. D look ok with Edler out. Goalie good.

Forwards look like garbage to me past the Sedins yet they get it done somehow. Very good position play. I watch lots of their games. Every guy you see pretty much hustles like Mike Brown.

1-0 VAN

There's a barber shop in Florida that has a promotion. Spend $25, and get TWO free Panther tickets...

I would hope so. Without the haircut that is just a complete rip-off.

With a perm and color you get part ownership.

It's infuriating what confidence does for a hockey player. Kadri is oozing it and Eberle (and RNH) don't have any.

Good.... God. The Canucks only had 13 shots today and still beat LA 1-0. Yikes. Schneider is playing well right now but they're a shadow of the team they used to be.

I hate the Leafs but man do I love Kadri. Him being Lebanese aside, the kid took so much **** for so long including Wilson basically trying to ruin him and giving him no confidence at all. Now he's the Leafs' best player good for him.

Agreed. It's hard to find someone to cheer for in Toronto, but I like this Kadri kid. Not only is he Lebanese, but he's exciting and comes off as a bit of an underdog.

If Toronto can get rid of Phanuef and Kessel, I might be able to cheer for that team.
