I'm not nervous about this game cause I really think we missed our chance last game to make the playoffs

here's hoping we get a point

Why does everybody want to play khabi when early in the season, nobody wanted him on the team at all?

It's pretty simple, he has played well in his few starts, and Dubnyk has been letting in too many soft goals lately.

I'm the exact same way. Last game I got that nervous feeling back. Now I'm just like screw it. They go on a run I'll be back into it emotionally. Now just watch and whatever happens happens.

Oh good. We're finally on Hockey Night in Canada. I'm sure that the rest of the country missed watching the young, dynamic, high flying Oilers.

Great GDT Baaaaad Matchup for the Oilers tonight.
I don't think that they will get slaughtered by any means but i have a hard time seeing a win. Hopefully, they show well tonight on national TV, that's all i ask.

nuge not in tonight, and they aren't sure if he'll even travel for the 2 games on the road.

Must be a hell of a case of strep throat.

There's a fine line between developing a player and ruining a player. Let's see what happens to Yakupov.

As far as I see it, he needs the rest either way: sickness or injury.

Wish Belanger would rest some more too.

He's with one of the most dynamic players on this hockey team, Belanger. How could this hurt his development? Krueger says it's the best option for Yakupov to develop.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does, but we also need 91-89-14 to chip in offensively.

As much as I don't want to see Yakupov move down the lineup, I'd rather have him there than Eberle.

Fantastic GDT.

I sure hope someone has a big game tonight because otherwise we're likely looking at another loss. Prove me wrong kids, prove me wrong.

Gotta protect him. I can't stand seeing him circle around our blue line 5 or 6 times a shift. And those turnovers have been brutal. Put him on a line that will keep it simple and he might get rewarded.

lol

He's still injury prone and old, but ideally, you'd want your back-up to play every few games.

He has played well enough in his starts though.
