One of those games where you wish you had an elite forward that can bury chances consistently.

Blunden should get a cool ahl tattoo and go be a career leader in Hamilton.

Good game by our guys, just no luck at all, hot goaltending and a bad call from the ref that led to the first goal..

Cant win all them guys..

On the positive side, at least we dominated the game. Keep doing that and losses like this will be few and far between.

Why ? Cause of the penalty ? Other than that, he was fine. Players tend to take penalties.

Leafs somehow hang on.

Guys need to try and stop looking for the perfect play.... Score some dirty goals! Only 2nd regulation loss in what... 18 games?

Habs lose and no one runs at Steve Ott.. I'm disappointed twice.

Two huge very tough back to back games against the Pens and Bruins coming up.. 2 points tonight would've been nice.

No, Subban's delay of game gave them a 5 on 3. Bruins so close, but the Leafs win.

One of those you win some, you lose some games. Well, at least the Bruins lost.

On a side note, how much would cost Vanek?

-DD was garbage on his puck battles
-Eller did his best imitation of last year's PK Subban
-Armstrong is yet again useless.
-The Gallys played well
-Putting DD's line against the opposition's top line is always bad luck.

I think our team has been playing over its head since the beginning of the year. I think we are a playoff team, but we are not a top team talent wise. i could see us going on a 4 or 5 game losing streak in the near futur.

Mike Blunden sucks. I'm also tired of seeing Desharnias pushed off the puck everytime he's in the offensive zone. Why couldn't he be 6'2.

At least the Bruins got the same treatment. It is the night of the undeserved victories.

This is where having both Bourque and Prust out really hurts us. We have plenty of offensive skill and talent and good perimeter performers, but not enough people that can score those dirty goals that are often the only way to overcome a hot goalie.
