I miss Gus on March Madness. One of the best games I ever saw was Gonzaga and UCLA in Oakland and Gus called it. Another awesome game was Xavier and I think Ohio St that went into OT and, again, Gus called that one. Now it's just not the same.

He sounds better at calling basketball than he does calling soccer. I'm convinced he could make watching paint dry sound exciting.

Yes. But it was all prerecorded default stuff so it sounded bad, robotic and forced. Johnson is best live and spontaneous.
