Wasn't there a report earlier this season about the exact same thing and it was revealed that they are just seeking additional partners in the current ownership? This is the most likely what this report actually is.

I'm out of town for the next week so I have no inside info here but with how I know Viner, I don't think he's wanting to sell the team outright. Most likely just trying to find someone to either add to the partnership or buy up the shares of one of the existing partners (like Cohen).

Yeah, was just about to post that I'll wait for more sources than Hotstove. Someone is always trying to sell our team an move em. Doubt there's truth to this.

It was, and still is, a step in the right direction. I'm surprised you can't see that.

I'd have to think that with the stock market being so high, the economy getting better, housing market turned around, lockout over with new CBA and the general direction of our franchise, we'd be a good investment for a sports team. I'm pretty bullish on our future. If they want to sell and I have a billion dollars, I'd take a serious look.

I wouldn't mind new owners, either. Whatever it takes to get someone to invest in this team.

Just...just don't move to Quebec.

Please.

Seriously? This is the first I've heard of this. I thought the Coyotes were doing well?

Their supposed buyer, Greg Jamison, fell through about a month ago. They're pretty much screwed now.
