7. Lehtera
8. Edmundson
9. Fairchild
10. Kurker
Cundari, Grachev, Veillieux, Parayko, Tesink would be 11-15.
Eronen, MacEachern, Lindbohm, Walters 16-19 and then either McRae or Wannstrom at #20.
Good list. I would have Jaskin over Schwartz now just due to his size, skill, and numbers to back it up. Parayko has to be my #9. I would say he leapfrogged Fairchild and Cundari. Kurker and he have to be close as #9 or 10. Lindbohm in my top 15. Looked really, really good in tourney. I don't think Eronen comes over either.

Not next season at least. He's been horrible inconsistent this season and after Karlsson's departure downright horrible defensively (was pretty bad even the last few weeks while he was still here). Jokerit are on their way to losing game two of the SM-Liiga quarterfinals tonight and Eronen has been in a far too visibile role in that.

Tesink will be moving himself up. Think he'll be considered a top 10 prospect on the team soon.

Kid looks good. He and Jaskin look like they will be top 6 players eventually.

Jaškin with a slow start to the playoffs. 0 points through 2 games. Series tied a 1.

Rattie has 2 goals and an assist through 2 games. Series also tied at 1.

Edmundson is dominant though! 2 goals and 3 assists (& a first star), Kamloops are 2-0 up.

Binnington has been the first and second star in his opening 2 games. .963 save percentage as Owen Sound are 2-0 up.

Jaskin was scoreless but he had 8 shots on goal and an amazing 9 hits last night.

Blues have agreed to a deal with Andronov. Not a surprise that he'll be back, or that he is getting a deal with the Blues rather than AHL only.

The Blues have agreed to a deal in principle with Sergey Andronov.

He could get a look at the 3rd/4th line wing next season if Jaskin/Rattie prove not ready. He plays very solid defense, has a ton of speed, and hits hard. Won't surprised if he gets sometime up with the big club next year.

Great to hear about Binnington, look forward to hearing about him next year in the AHL. Having guys like Binnington and Allen in the system is comforting to say the least. You can never have too many good goaltending prospects.

Probably have to put Andronov at 20 over McRae and Wannstrom in my list.

As said before, I was impressed when I saw him at camp. Definitely NHL potential. How has he looked this year? What's his ceiling compared to his likely career role?

Only college team with a Blues prospect to make NCAAs will be Schmaltz with North Dakota. BU/Kurker on outside looking in.

No points for Jaskin in his first two playoff games. He's being shadowed. He has gotten a few opportunities but something still seems off with him. Hopefully he snaps out of it.

Really like Walters. I think he has just been stuck on some terrible teams. Don't put your head down... He will rattle your teeth. Kind of Jackmanesque from the clips I have seen. Check out Nick Walters vs Dylan Walchuk on hockey fights. com. big open ice hit and defended himself as well.

Walters doesn't turn 19 until April, 11th.

Parayko has moved up the prospect list as well.

Perhaps a player to look at for our center post, if Lehtera doesn't work out is Petri Kontiola. He should be a free agent next year (28). It looks to me like he was targeted to be a good skating, playmaking #2 center that was just in the wrong NHL systems to get an opportunity to play. He put up good numbers in the AHL and in his cup of coffee with the Black Hawks. He has gotten bigger (one of his minuses) and plays in the KHL now. Not sure of his contract, but may be a route to go if Lehtera doesn't work out.

Didn't he have like 10 shots, 8 of them on goal in the second game along with a bunch of hits? 8 shots on goal to me says he doesn't need to snap out of anything.

Either Rattie and Jaskin are in the top 10, or they don't make HF's Top 50 prospects, either of which is laughable.

If you go back through the years, those top 50s are littered with nobodies. I liked this on Schwartz: "After the end of the lockout, Schwartz has played for St. Louis but has struggled ... " which reads like someone judging by stats/ice time. I feel very confident in Schwartz from what I've seen. It's like we're watching him learn and get better constantly.

Yep, those rankings are a joke. Anyone who watches Schwartz knows his all-round game has improved a ton this season and he works his butt off night in and night out. He's showing he can play in multiple roles.
