Because he's a lazy bum who got $12 Million in upfront money to be a professional hockey player.
What does he do? He goes and joins prestigious golf clubs and drinks fine wine, warming himself by fireplace at night.

Horrible hockey player who can now only dump the puck into the corner. That's all he's good for. No more skil, no more hustle, strength, heart, nothing. There's a ****ing 32 year old shell in the form of a hockey player in that 19 jersey.

Also, amazing move by Ovechkin. Girardi played it perfectly. Even got the puck. Somehow Ovy still got around him. Incredible move.

Not really. He got the poke check. Ovy somehow was able to stop it with his feet and kick it back to his stick in the blink of an eye

90 percent of the team worked really hard this game, but Torts doesn't deserve to win it.

A crease clearer would be a real boost to the entire team, make everybody feel good...except the opposition, which is the idea. Somebody has to deal out some pain out front.

Edit: I cannot wait to see McIlrath too

Richards is the only Ranger I approve of doing the dump and chase, since he's ****, and it's quite fitting.

I really wish Richards signed with HC Davos during the lockout.

Is there any sense of unselfishness on this team? Torts is probably barking his beak off on the bench saying shoot the puck from anywhere like usual. Same old with this guy.

What? This team is normally way too unselfish.
