Pittsburgh giving up D prospects is going to bite them in the ass. Pittsburgh = individuals Bruins = team.

The guy is -8 on the season and hasn't looked good. I'm sure SJ fans will agree.

#Pens finalizing a trade for #Sharks Douglas Murray. Latest talk I heard was draft picks involving 2 2nd rounds or 2nd/ 3rd. #tradetracker
Only picks, apparently.

Was a good shutdown player. Very physical. Not so much anymore. SLOW SLOW SLOW. On the ice for the most shots against of any Sharks player 5 on 5

If Murray gets 2 2nds, then I don't want Chia buying. That is an ABSURD price to pay for a guy who is a 6th/7th type at this point

PIT's acquisition price on Douglas Murray is two second-round picks.
It's confirmed.

Apparently people in the main thread are saying it's an overpayment. I wouldn't know

Not an issue when you have Letang, Bortuzzo, Despres, Maattaa, Pouliot,Harrington... they can afford to lose one to avoid having to call up Matt Bartkowski.

Anybody got phone numbers for Miro Satan & Sheriff Hnidy?

Funny thing Bartkowski is better than Murray.

If Chia made those deals, this board would be calling for his head.

The same people ripping Chia for not making moves would rip Chia for getting bent over in a Murray for two seconds type of deal. Can't win with some folks, that's okay. Murray can't skate anymore, it's debatable if he would be an upgrade over Aaron Johnson and I used to really like Murray.
