Since Boucher is fired, who's the next coach to go?

Since Boucher is fired, who's the next coach to go?

A lot of people were paying attention to Boucher whether he'll have a job or not. Now that's out of the way, who's going to go next?

As an Avs fan, I would really, really, really love to see Sacco fired. But since Sherman and Sacco share a strong bromance, he won't be going anywhere, sadly. And they're too cheap.

I think Lavioette will get the boot if Philly doesn't get anywhere.

Edit - Blah, accidentally put 'since' twice. That will bug some people. ah well.

Torts definitely

Sather got him what he needed (maybe gave up too much in the process?) and this is the result?

Laviolette is also on a short leash but management did not get him what he needed: better defense. Pronger retiring really, really screwed that team over.

Sather gave up too much, imo. Everyone was saying how Columbus got fleeced with the Nash deal. I was never on board with that. Columbus got decent depth back.

Laviolette should be on the hot seat.

I can't imagine Tortorella getting fired. I haven't watched as many Ranger games as I have in the past but he doesn't seem like the problem. I think the team is just built wrong.

Torts. Supposed to be contending for home ice, not fighting for a spot. The Aves didn't have nearly as high expectations.

(Yeah, that's on Sather too, but the coach will take the fall first.)

Sacco better have his bags packed, I'll be livid if he isn't dismissed before the draft.

Was awful last year too. I wonder if he even knows what he has to do at this point.
