Depends how. If you leave with a quarter tank of gas and fill up in the U.S. your trip is basically free.

Stock up on things like premium toothpaste, store brand Advil, etc... to be found at half price... the rest is all gravy

Just be careful with shoes that's a keyword to make you pay 40% duty.. most other things 15% or they waive you through also sometimes

Stop talking like that It's unfair and frankly.. I find it rather UN-censored. If my girlfriend caught me reading things like this. I'd be in trouble.

If you don't want to get into Pilseners and Lagers and list Heineken as your "treat beer" there is not really much to discuss, is there?
...Says the guys that currently has to live off terrible, terrible Texan beer:

Favourite All-round drinking beer: Lone Star these days (usually Molson Ex)

Favourite Treat beer: Warsteiner Pilsener (there you have it)

Favourite Strong Beer: Fin du Monde

Favourite Specialty Beer: Anchorsteam

Favourite Liqour: Glenmorangie 18 yrs

Good choices!

You know what... True about the bold-ed comment.

Strangely enough though I went to culinary school. And worked some wicked places... known some good chefs... Took wine and beer courses..

And at the end of it all I'd rather have a Molson dry and frozen mac & cheese bake at the end of the day, even though a rabbit fricasse is a possibillity. You'll fins that with alot of good/ fine dinning chefs. Give us a hot dog.. As long as we don't have to make anything.

I guess it's the same for every profession - if you do stuff professionally you prefer not to do it in your off time. My dad used to be a pastry chef - wouldn't go near it or do it when not at work.
And as for wine - I barely can distinguish between white and red. Tastes good? Sold! I don't care/know if it is one year old, grown on a landfill in South Alabama or 10 yrs old from the finest parts of France. Much to the dismay of my French friends.

Don't really have a consistent line of favorite beers, but drank this one yesterday, and if you're into IPAs... really good.

Happy post St. Patty's day.

Quick Hello

Hi guys, A long time lurker from the west. Just wanted to say hello before joining in the conversation. Favorite player, Lars Eller for the past 3yrs. Love the rookies, hate the fighting. Habs have a good team and i'm excited for the next few years, love the new management team as well, looks like the dark peiod is over, with a bang!

I sell phones. Buy a Samsung Galaxy S3, it's the best phone of the market.
