Very nice. Looks like Janko is stepping his game up. Anyone got highlights?

Starting to see Jankowski put some more points up. Great news! I hope he can pack on a few pounds of lean muscle this summer, and enjoy some time in the top 6 with the Friars (hopefully C).

Gillies has been simply amazing. Although early, he is definitely looking like a steal in the 3rd round.

he had surgery on the 12th.

Make you wonder if that game where he was pulled after letting in 2 goals on 4 shots was when he got hurt. Or if it was something that was nagging and lingering.

Or maybe he just got his most recent NHL paycheque and decided to get some pec implants.

Anyone bring up Kari Ramo's team eliminated from the playoffs.

He won when his team scored but they were shut out 4 times in 5 games...

Kinda disappointing Brossoit didn't make 1st team, but he lost to some good goalies.

Congratulations to them both.

Brossoit 1st playoff game this season and earned the shutout!

Also, here are the highlights from tonights Heat win : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCNCo...ature=youtu.be

Baertschi with a beauty goal, and an even better set up in OT! Great to see him regaining his confidence, and playing with passion!

Sorry it has taken a couple days to get my thoughts from Providence's game up. I thought Jankowski played ok. Not a bad game but not a great game. Gillies once again made all the saves he needed. Nothin he could have really done on the two goals. Wish he could have gotten some more support but that's Providence hockey

I am kind of hoping Schaller gets an offer from the Flames, or at least an AHL contract with the Heat. Could you give a scouting report on him at all?

Also I am excited to see where the Frairs go from here, Gillies, Jankowski and most of the other players should continue to improve as the program is seeing a minimal number of Seniors leave. I think the program could be fighting for a Frozen Four berth as early as next season.

NCAA Tournament starts tomorrow, I'd imagine some of the games could found online somewhere to watch.

Flames prospects still playing:

(4) Notre Dame: Nick Larson
- Saturday @ 1:30pm EST (v. St. Cloud State)

(6) Boston College: Johnny Gaudreau, Bill Arnold
- Saturday @ 9:00pm EST (v. Union)

(13) St. Cloud State: Ben Hanowski
- Saturday @ 1:30pm EST (v. Notre Dame)

(14) Wisconsin: John Ramage
- Friday @ 4:30pm EST (v. Mass-Lowell)

(15) Yale: Kenny Agostino
- Friday @ 2:00pm EST (v. Minnesota)

I'll definitely try to get an early look at the two new guys to better assess the Iggy trade for myself.

As I put it in the Iginla thread...here are the webcast links for the NCAA games.

Yale is already in progress, Agostino wears 18 for Yale.

So like I was saying....

Agostino playing a hell of a game so far. Flying and banging. 1-0 Yale. Can't believe they're leading...

Much quieter 3rd period for Agostino. Game going to OT. Really surprising outcome so far.

sweet, sudden death OT. Agostino started well, but seems kind of labored since getting 'sandwiched'.
