Hossa can't go to Kane's line, that's Kane's line. They both play the right side.

Any line with Toews and any combination of Hossa and or Saad is going to look good. Those 3 players are the strongest on the puck guys on the entire team. Teams simply can't get pucks out of their zone. Even a guy like Frolik can benefit as more zone possession = more chances.

Yes he should be. You can't be serious. I get Keith has his faults, but he's pretty clearly Chicago's biggest scoring threat from the point. I love Leddy's game, but he doesn't have the assertiveness in his game to control a PP from the point yet.

The infamous "upper body injury" with the strong suspicion that it's his shoulder.

I know the American car industry is in shambles and all but are those really the best commercials Chevy could put out for a city like Chicago?

Hossa to centre, Iginla to LW, Kane goes in net.

Evrayboday wins!

Frolik's entire game in the offensive zone is hard board work with a bit of skill. He's pretty much a beggar's Hossa.

EVERYTHING in the last 2 years from even strength points, shooting percentage, and the ole fashioned eye test makes this laughable. If you seriously think Keith is this team's best scoring threat from the point, you need your eyes checked. Can't keep pucks in the zone, can't get shots through defenders, can't hit the net...just what the hell is he doing out there.

Leddy has a much better shot (speed), is more accurate, is better at gaining zone entry (something we struggle with mightily on the PP), is better at moving the puck in the offensive zone, and has more natural instincts than Keith has. He was far better than Keith last year, is this year, and will be for many years to come. Time to wake up, man.

It's funny to see Frolik score. He expects it less than we do.

Keith is not a PP QB anymore. He used to fake a shot, then walk the line and get his once accurate shot through traffic. It won him a Norris.

He now either blasts it five feet wide or straight into a PKers shinpads.

I'd have Keith behind Leddy, Oduya, and Rozi when it comes to PP time.

I don't know how Keith's managed to put up back-to-back 40-point seasons sucking as bad as he does. I don't know how he's on pace to put up another 40 points (per 82 games) this year, again, sucking so bad. Keith takes a lot of shots. He attempts a lot of shots. Do most of them get through? No, but that's what happens when you take a lot of shots. Nick Leddy almost never shoots. He doesn't have the confidence in that part of his game to shoot the puck with regularity, which results in him almost always passing the puck off to whoever's on the right side boards.

I don't know how you can watch the games and honestly believe Leddy is better than Keith offensively. I don't get it. I know it's become fashionable to hate on Keith, but really. Leddy does a lot of things well and yes, he does do some things better than Keith (like gaining the zone), but Keith still creates more chances than Leddy and has better play recognition, as he should, being far more experienced.

2nd line is just not a good forechecking line. They just don't go nearly as hard after the puck in behind the net as the 1st & 3rd lines.

Never said it was "elite" production. But it's in the higher-end for Dmen in the league, and that was with Chicago's PP being dreadful last year.
