How dare you speak ill of the Great Dubinsky?

His 1 goal and 9 points are sorely missed. We will miss you, oh Lord Dubi.

Thank goodness this joke of a rushed season is almost over.

Hopefully the Rangers can make the second season and play for real. LGR.

A single tear rolled down my face as I read that Brad Richards has more points than Ryan Callahan

Andrew Gross ‏@AGrossRecord 49m Would think Pyatt might be a candidate for a healthy scratch with Miller in, but just a guess.

Pyatt is probably the worst player on the team after Richards. He literally does nothing.

This thread needs more Wheel of Fortune. If it can work for Fiedy88 it can work for the team.

The Torts quote on the first post says that Richards' line needs someone to chase the puck and implies that Kreider should be that person. I wonder if that is actually going to happen.

Maybe we'll see

Hags - Step - Nash
Kreider - Richards - Gaborik

I'm 5 foot 10 and I'd imagine being hit by Brian Boyle would feel like getting a pillow thrown at me

That's what it should be, with Cally on the 3rd to add scoring to that line. Instead we'll see:

Kreider - Richards - Nash
Hags - Step - Cally
Miller - Boyle - Gaborik

rendering all 3 lines as cycling machines: basically useless and unable to score (i.e. - the way Torts has been throwing it out there the past month)

Is it too late to call up Haley and have a 4th line of Haley-Newbury-Asham.

I'm all for having 100+ penalty minutes tonight.

Eh, I wouldn't go that far.

Kreider - Richards - Nash could be good if Richards finds his game at all. Nash skates the puck in nicely and attracts a lot of attention to himself. Kreider has a solid shot and he's fast and strong - good for chasing the puck and/or getting into openings that defenders leave by doubling up on Nash. Richards is the question mark, like he's going to be on any line until he gets his game together.

Hags - Step - Cally isn't that useless. They've been the only line with any offense recently. I don't mind those guys cycling because it works when they do it and they're the types of players it makes sense for, at least Hags and Callahan are. Stepan is just doing whatever is asked of him recently.

I just want to see the end of Richards, Nash and Gaborik together. I want them on 3 seperate lines if possible. Nash with two other guys that he can actually make plays and score goals with, and Richards and Gaborik apart. They're not going to get better by fighting it along side each other.

Ah, I thought this was some shot at Boyle which would have been equally appropriate.

Pyatt does have a goal within the last 22 though albeit being scored a month ago today.
