Sorry to hear that. Way too young to go! He's been a big Blues fan for a long, long time. He had a great sense of humour. We'll miss him a lot.

So if Allen doesn't post a shutout, Halak can point to his own shutout against the Oilers last week as a reason to keep Allen benched.

Keep the GDTs minimalist!

Evening ladies and gents - very sorry to hear the passing of another Blues fan, so suddenly and young too. And also the news of Fleming passing on. The boys better win tonight for the fallen.

Feeling confident about tonight, glad Allen's in net after Halak's meh game against Calgary. Alright, game time Let's Go Blues!

Love Oshie but that dude just can't stay healthy. At least he's on the bench.

Agreed. A lot of his injuries are just dumb luck, like when he broke his ankle in Columbus a couple of years back.

Have I missed some rule change that rewards over-handling the puck and penalizes completing a pass?

Nice job Perron, not only did he have Tarasenko wide open for an empty netter when he came around the back of the net, he turns the puck over and Eberle scores.

I saw THAT coming. The Blues are playing very sloppily-not getting back well, not communicating well. There aren't many games left. They'd better get things together!

I do the same thing. I don't really see the point of posting live in the GDT. Its too emotional and usually lacks reason, the things said in the heat of battle.

I also prefer the half-assed GDTs. I think they should at least make some reference to hockey, though.

Not a great start, but we will not get shutout tonight. That goal won't be the game winner.

Beginning to wonder if Pietrangelo is smart enough to notice that 40% of the time he boldly steps up there's a ridiculous odd man rush that usually results in a goal against.

That's precisely why I like posting during the game. It's therapeutic.
