What do you do against the best team in the league? Just nowhere to go with the puck..nothing...but if this is to be the low point of our season, 2 losses..than i aint too worried...gotta be stellar against boston tmr though....huge, huge game.

I really do not know why Therrien keeps trying to force that chemistry. Pacioretty and DD should be split for a while. We have far too many centre options to be so damn strict.

I call bull, sorry. Patches, like Price, shouldn't be immune from criticism. He should get dropped in the lineup way before Desharnais.

Desharnais isn't making much happen out there, but Patches doing literally nothing but fumble every play and lose every battle isn't going to cut it for our big power forward.

Every team goes in slumps, Chicago and Anaheim are going through some rough stretches too. Habs have a very small team not built to grind in the playoffs and their finishers are not real good at finishing. I still appreciate this team and their efforts. When I get upset about a loss I think of what I witnessed last season.

Not our best game, and not that impressed with the Pens.

This is one of those years where so many different teams have a chance at the cup.

On RDS: No stars for Vokoun with a shutout but Price gets the second for saving less goals than Vokoun...pathetic? Price Love? I can't explain it...

Some of you guys must have way too many marbles loose in your heads.

Their goalie was better than Price??

The Pens were dominating???

It took a ridiculous laser of a shot to beat Price in this game. And it came from the best player in the world. Absolutely ZERO goalies in the history of time stop this shot.

The Habs dominated this game through and through. However, the inability to get the bounces go their way (Ryder somehow missing two sure goals was baffling). These games happen. After seeing this, I have no reason to think the Habs can't hang with the best of them.

But the biggest head scratcher is to continually put Bouillon/Gorges on the PP. Wtf is that?? It hasn't done **** all season long and pretty much kills the PP every time it happens.

This needs to stop.

Otherwise great game, but no finish.

I was very confident coming into tonight.. Had I known Price would only let it 1 goal, I would loved the Habs chances.

Unfortunately Fleury was the better goalie making 3 amazing saves and getting 2 posts.

Hard loss to digest. We played well but we missed some key chances against a top team and they didn't. Atleast it wasn't a easy win for Pitts. This show how we can compete against anybody in the league.

Feel sorry for MAF. Even tough it wasn't is fault at all, I am pretty sure people will blame Gionta if MAF is out for a while

He's a Nordiques fan, so that last part is probably accurate considering the lack of team.

Even if MT doesn't want to play PK and Markov for the full 2 minutes at least give Emelin a chance over Gorges.

I can't.
The Habs dominated the play for the most game.
But MaxPac, DD didn't show up. Unacceptable!

Gorges-Bouillon as the 2nd PP unit with Tinordi playing soft minutes.

Yet, you'd think we had a $4.25 million PP specialist sitting in the pressbox right now.

Better to have Gorges and Bouillon out there ****ing up every breakout.

Did you even watch the game? Vokoun only played 20 minutes, I hope he wouldn't get a star for playing great during 1/3rd of the game while not being tired at all.

No finish, played very well other than that. Very close game but that's what you get when you are battling one of the top teams in the league.

Need to win tomorrow.

While Patches hasn't played great. He has outplayed Desharnais this season. Demotion or not, I would rather he be slotted with Galchekyuk, Eller or both just to try something different.
