Not only did Price not save the goal against the best player BUT he also didn't score.

Only one to blame for this loss

GTFO we outplayed them badly in the first two had the Ryder post gone in it would have been a very different game. They've got nothing on us and needed all their small change to get away with the w in both games.

We finished 15th last year. Making the playoff is going to be an achievement. I would not be surprise we get eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. We are still too small. It in close games like this that we lack size, we have a hard time along the boards and in front of the net.

it's sad when our best offensive threat is pk subban.

still, not a bad performance and a best of 7 would be a long series with both teams healthy.
Not willing? What the **** are you talking about? That line has been our best line for a while now and DD's line, or I must say, DD and MaxPac, are just terrible for 6-7 games now.

The Pens were dominating???

It took a ridiculous laser of a shot to beat Price in this game. And it came from the best player in the world. Absolutely ZERO goalies in the history of time stop this shot.

The Habs dominated this game through and through. However, the inability to get the bounces go their way (Ryder somehow missing two sure goals was baffling). These games happen. After seeing this, I have no reason to think the Habs can't hang with the best of them.

But the biggest head scratcher is to continually put Bouillon/Gorges on the PP. Wtf is that?? It hasn't done **** all season long and pretty much kills the PP every time it happens.

This needs to stop.

Otherwise great game, but no finish.
I think the goalie that didn't let in any goals is the better goalie IMO...

Better to have Gorges and Bouillon out there ****ing up every breakout.
Can't have Bouillon sitting.

Our pp is atrocious because we can't get the puck back. Maybe we should try Eller-Galchenyuk and Pacs instead of a bunch of ****ing midgets.

I also love how this team refuses to go to the net. Seriously, that's how you won before you ****tards, now go back there.

Great game by Price.

I don't know why people keep questioning Gorges and Bouillon on the PP when Gionta is also on the PP. Eller and Galchenyuk are NOT on the PP. And Dumont is not on the 3rd line anymore.

As great as Therrien has been all season, he's making the wrong decision on no-brainers.

One word: UGLY!

Nothing clicked offensively tonight, it was one of the most boring games I saw tthis year...

Its time to juggle the lines.. I think we are going to get killed tommorrow if our lines arent more effective offensively..

I like DD but sometimes he forgets that he has to move his freaking feet all the time to be effective in the NHL. Max didn't look good too. He can't make a pass to save his life.
Gally tried but basically was alone on the line. And it's not like he was amazing either.

Maybe some changes are needed on that line.
The thing is Gally is actually working almost too hard. The other 2 are just watching him and stopped working.

Best player in the world picks the corner on a rush with the third pairing out on the ice... team puts 37 shots on net... this is not a "sky is falling" loss... play well vs Boston tomorrow and can win.

Moving along. Little line shakeup, maybe get Ryder on Desharnais RW and Kaberle should be playing over Tinordi tho hesitate to take teh big guy out vs Boston? Maybe Kaberle shouldve played tonight and TInordi tomorrow

They were missing Malkin and Murray. So injuries mean nothing.
