Can't wait to see this thread only go to half the amount of pages these PGT usually go to after losses.

I honestly believe that this game could be evidence for those who believe Richards is just not physically conditioned to get first line minutes this season.

Richards was skating much better with his ice time monitored.

I'm really enjoying this dominant game.
Have to, as the Rangers are now going for a stroll through their own private Death Valley....Ottawa and Montreal.

This was a fun game to watch but hopefully also a dam breaker for a couple of players, Richards especially. Rangers are going to need him at his best.

Hank could've really had his first shutout of the season if it weren't for those 2 freak goals.

Gaborik had 0 shots on goal tonight.

I also really thought DZ played a great game tonight on both sides of the puck.

No, NO! Because when they inevitably break up with him, he goes into a month long slump. He's just finding his game again (maybe). Stay away from women, Richie!

Kreider goes straight down the middle of the ice, straight into the slot, stick on the ice, waiting for the puck.

Cool.

The Redden HAS to be Tortorella, for ever breaking up the Hags/Step/Nash line. You don't F with chemistry,

This cold end up being a big game down the road...they played a very, very good hockey game tonight. They had a dominant first line, they had their veteran center chip in with a goal and an assist. First time the whole team was "on" in quite a while. Too bad Gaborik didn't show up tonight. This team would be scary good if Richards and Gaborik could produce consistently.

Anyway, yeah, awesome game.

3 Stars:

3. Richards - thought he had a great rebound game, best game he has played in quite awhile. Looked more confident, and he was playing more instinctively. We need this Richards if we're going anywhere.

2. Nash - dominant offensive performance from the big man. He really turns it on against our rival teams.

1. Stepan - easy pick. He controlled the play when he was on the ice. 4 points.

HM: Kreider - Playing with confidence, using his speed. Was so nice to see him get a goal, could really get him going

Del Zotto - Continues to carry the defense on his back.
