Here's to a great career. Thanks for Game 2 of the 93 final! We couldn't have done it without you!

Congrats on a great career!

Slowly all the players from that cup team will be retired, I think it's only Schneider, Brisebois & Odelein left.

Thinking about it, Chelios could probably outlast all those guys and he was on the '86 team

Thanks for the memories Eric.

Everytime I watch that game 2 of the 1993 playoffs I go crazy.

Desjardins

One trade I wish we got back...

He should of been a lifetime hab, esp. after the '93 run...

ah well...

Congrats Desjardins... you brought some happy (and not so happy) memories to us

but then we never would have gotten Recchi! He's one of my all time favourite Habs.

A great career, indeed, for Desjardins.

one of the more underrated d-men of his time

way to go eric on a great career!

I didn't realize that eric is the 2nd all time leading scorer for flyer defensemen. But that's Eric's thing. he just kept chugging along quietly. Its especially impressive considering that Eric's prime years were in the dead puck era

Yes, what a shame 'though that not so long ago we had a bad habit of getting rid of that kind of players.
