I'm a contemprary of Joan Jett's but won't be attending. Don't have enough skin art, skateboards or peircings to fit in. Do they have a parents' tent?
My son wants to go so I'm still open to pleas from him. We saw Motion City Soundtrack in the fall on a Nintendo promo tour of some kind. Only enjoyed one of the bands, the one where all the guys could play their instruments. Forget who it was but the T-shirts were nothing to write home about. Nothing to wear home either.
Would definitely go if Me First were on the bill however.
Billy Talent
Bouncing Souls
Everytime I Die
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts Less Than Jake
Motion City Soundtrack NOFX
Saves The Day
Zebrahead
But yes, pretty crappy lineup this year. I don't go anymore though, every time I feel like being in a kindergarden. And the judge told me I'm not allowed in those places anymore... meh.

Zebrahead this is the list?
I would go for those 2 bands.. the rest is really boring IMO.
You guys who are going HAVE TO check out Gogol Bordello! These guys are amazing. They're a Ukranian band singing Gypsy Punk type of music. I saw them live earlier this year and it was one of the best shows i've seen! So much going on on stage and their music just kicks so much ***!
I really recommend that you guys go check em out, but keep in mind that's it not the average punk music that you're all used too. If your open minded you have to see them play.. or atleast *cough* download *cough* some of their music.

NoFx is by far the most tallented band on the tour, they have been making quality albums for years before alot of the kiddies who are going to watch the show were even born make sure you go see there performence.

Yeah and if you like Sublime I'd recommend going to see ill Scarlett. Nobody has mentioned them in their posts but I really think they are one of the more better bands on this year!
Helmet still tours? I remember buying their debut LP in highschool 15 years ago
Warped Tour gets a few bands that typically are 'too old' for festival tours. A few years ago Bad Religion was on the tour, along with NOFX. I think the Offspring was on the tour last year. I wish I got to go this year, I would have loved to have seen Halifax or Bouncing Souls

Being right in the middle of the bottle war was awesome. Some friends started it by fluke. Just completly stone and tossed a bottle of water with like a couple of sips left. The it came back...
Thursday is an AWFUL band. I can't stand those generic punks.
It's really not my type of music, but I'll have to disagree. They're musically pretty strong. In all that terrible genre of music (emocore or whatever), it's probably the only talented band. If they could get rid of that singer, and all the other emo crap that comes with the band, they could be great. I still listed to their first album from time to time, and even thought it's cheesy, it's still pretty enjoyable...(never heard the other albums thought)

They are quite talented, but not that much. They are pretty much doing the same album since 25 years. They're not in the same league as Against Me! or Everytime I Die in terms of talent, but those bands aren't for everyone...

Haaa good times, good times.
Bottle wars were GREAT! Except one of my friend got hit by a full Pepsi bottle... and couple o' minutes later, I got hit by a CD, thrown like a chinese star. I've bled, but still good memories.
Sorry for the 3rd consecutive post, but what struck me while reading the list is the amount of extremely bad bands:
Alexisonfire
Anti-Flag
Bullet for my valentine
From Automn to ashes
Horse the band
Moneen
Motion City Soundtrack
Saves the day
Senses Fail
Silverstein
The casualties
The early november
Zebrahead
And I don't know most bands in the list so i guess there are few others...
