So funny that it would put me on suicide watch.

I'm not blaming Price for the Habs losing tonight, but he's not doing what MAF did in the first two periods last night for the Pens. The Habs had so many scoring chances (really solid chances) but MAF shut them out.

Price can't blamed for the goals tonight, as they were solid goals. But it's games like this where the elite goalie makes the impossible save.

Can't blame price , that's some of the worst defensive coverage I have seen In a while. He has made some big stops tonight. What do you do when you are left hung out to dry rush after rush .

I think people have to relax. Terrible period, Markov is obviously dead tired and ineffective. I'm a bit surprised that he is still being put out there this much. What happened to the attitude that it's not our year anyway, and we are building something long term...hahaha. That's gone in a hurry. Every team goes through a bad run, a little adversity is good for a team. It is concerning how much they struggle in second periods, but they usually rebound well in the third. Now we get to see how the team and the coach responds, this is where they earn their money.

These lines need a major shakeup. Pacioretty is playing lazy hockey. Desharnais is useless. Gionta has lost all sense of how to play hockey.

To start the 3rd I would do:

Pacioretty-Plecky-Ryder
Galchenyuk-Eller-Gallagher

Probably not slower than your ability to understand the goaltender position.

Agreed.

People will just blindly worship him though because he's our "#1" with so much "potential".

Bourque, Prust and Diaz would help.

Markov, Desharnais and Gionta are beyong horrible tonight. Bouillon and Tinordi need to get more icetime.

I hate losing to the Bruins...

He's one of the best technical goalies in the game...1.81 GAA on the road best in the NHL!!!!

How about the coach playing 5D after playing on a back to back!!!!!!
STUPID STUPID STRATEGY.... Markov can't play those minutes!

It's simple really. We don't give up a lot of shots to boost his save percentage, but the ones we do give up are in prime areas.

Still... He contributes in this game much more than DD in this game, or in the past 10 games.

Call a time out, set the PP up, rest Plekanec's line then put Eller on the 2nd wave, DD doesn't deserve any PP.

You could see this happening when we kept giving the puck away. Price isn't stealing the game but the team is crashing in front of him. He's basically on his own out there. There were 4 of our guys along the boards against 2 bruins leaving Marchand completely open in front of the net. He can't do it all. This team gets intimidated against big teams.

Subban doesn't just deserve to be in the Norris discussion he is not officially in the MVP one as well, leading an inept group of defenders once again. And Gorges isn't helping either, he is usually great but this season everything is off for him. Whatever worked for him under Martin is gone.

Galchenyuk is our best forward tonight.

Also plase do not quote patofqc.
