I've seen this before, its a nice goal, but would never happen in a game situation.

I disagree, I dont think thats the best goal of all time.

he did that during a break away contest at an all star game. No way does he even try to attempt that in a real game. If he does that in a real game ill give him all the credit in the world. He had noone putting pressure on him or anything.

Ovechkin, im sure can do that to.

best goal of all time is Alex Ovechkin falling on the floor, turning around, keeping his eye on the puck and somehow putting it in the net.

now, I will agree with you, but still it was a skills competition, so its not the same as a real shootout.

if it's just in an all-star game (skills) I don't care.. it's like the thing in the NBA all star game (dunks...) I'm not impressed by that. put it in a game and then you're talking

Seriously there were guys on my junior A team who could do pretty much the same thing durring practice. Once you figure out how to lift the puck(the part where I had about a 2% succes rate) the rest is easy.

Once you figure out how to separate an atom, the rest is easy.

Look man I was only junior A and 2-3 guys on the team could do it with their eyes closed. So imagine once you reach the elite level how many guys could do that? But the serious players didnt try this stuff. Instead they worked overtime practicing their deeks arround pucks and water bottles or practicing their quick release with 50 pucks. That mas much less showoff but much more worht while.

the cammaleri's goal in AHL all star game a few years ago was much more beautiful and is much more harder to do.
