same here, I don't trust them one bit.

I don't think you'll see any big bidding wars this summer. Small makets toom a hit with the lock out and a lot of big markets are up against the cap. Might be a few good bargains to be had.

Eugene Melnyk from the sens is on primetime sports and he is saying basically after that guy on the sens got knocked out they picked up Matt "The Assassin" Kassian yes he called him The Assassin and now he is rambling on about how there should be no goons in the league but he doesn't consider The Assain that kind of player. Also said i've seen him skate into a corner and the guy on the other team left the puck there and skated away. Also says he'd love to have been able to pick off crosby for the cooke hit an A player for an A player. Also say's he can prove for a fact that Cooke tried to injure Karlsson and he is putting a case together for the league right now. Is this guy for real????

Ok, our division is getting outright nutty. Do these people know the meaning of hypocrisy. Like, that thing you said, just before, we have it on camera...

This is great news IMHO. Sens have great assets, great coaching, and are going to be a force in our conference for a while. If a nutty owner can counteract that to any extent, bonus.

May be posted elsewhere, but Iginla out of CGY's lineup tonight to avoid injury before the trade.

Good for our pick.

Just read that two Bruins prospects are also scratched tonight, for what it's worth.

It's just a dumb trade if it's Khokhlachev, 1st, and Bartkowski. You can throw in Caron or whoever or not, it doesn't really matter, it's still no really solid bluechip asset back. A small collection of middling assets is just not what they should have got in this market. Poor Flames, if that's it.

I can't believe they can't get Spooner or Knight too in the deal. Feaster is awful.

Colorado is such a joke, already down 2-0 to an Iggy-less-waiting-for-trades Flames team.

Feaster is a goddamned moron. That's the best value could get for Iginla?

What would be the equivalent from our side? Collberg, Pateryn and a 1st? I'm not in favor of Bergevin selling the farm but I'd do that trade for Iginla in a heartbeat.
