Marlins selling tickets on Groupon.... Actually pretty glad I saw this article on Y!, because we're going to a game in Miami while we are there. Oddly enough, I have no interest in going at all and it's the woman who is dying to check out their new stadium and see the Bravos.

Hope you have fun with the sixty other fans at the game.

Seriously, that ballpark's going to be even more of a ghost town now due to Loria's reached Bill Wirtz-levels of righteous fan hatred for that blatant bait and switch.

I'm hoping we can "watch" the game Dodger fan style. Show up in the 3rd inning, leave in the 6th. Don't want to waste my time in Miami watching baseball, that's for damn sure. At least it's a night game, I guess...

You can see the home run monstrosity when Stanton clubs one 500 feet.

That's good news for sure, still have to get rid of Joe Buck and I don't see that happening anytime soon. Even as a Sox fan, you have to be rooting hard for the Cubs if they make the playoffs and the Sox aren't in it for this reason alone. The man wouldn't know what to do with himself if he had to call a Cubs win. He'd probably just keep blathering about all of the ****** history and how this is so weird, blah blach.

Three Fire Sales would do that to just about any team.

Bulls end Miami's streak at 27 games. Super intense second half.

Followed the game but was out to dinner. First game in forever I have missed, and it was this one. Still happy as all hell, though.

Yeah, you would assume they won the Super Bowl based on my news feed.

I guess this was their Super Bowl, though.

No, not really. It's a great win ending a historic streak and that's deserving of celebration in and of itself.

Why make fun of bulls fans? It was a great game with everyone watching. Even Bill Simmons said it was one of the biggest and most compelling regular season NBA games in memory.

Sports fandom isn't just about winning a championship, or else it's a stupid business where very few fans can ever be be happy. You can celebrate smaller victories for X sakes.

Simmons mentioned the crowd being good. It was a library for the four games I've seen this season. Guess the streak brought out the best of everyone.

There's nothing wrong with celebrating a win. Celebrating a win like it's a championship, however....

Just makes it obvious that some folks have lowered their expectations considerably.

We all have an understanding of what celebrating a win like it's a championship is like. Given our favorite team won one a few years ago.

This hasn't and isn't anywhere near that level. Non-Bulls fans are celebrating just as much as Bulls fans are. It's the end of a historic streak. It deserves to be celebrated.

(Although I guess you're right that expectations are lower. But isn't that obvious? Imagine if Toews and Kane each tore an ACL. We'd all have lower expectations too).

They ended the second longest streak in NBA history while missing Rose, Noah, Bellinelli, and Hamilton. Bulls fans have every right to be excited, and smart ones know there's a long way to go before winning a championship.

Well yeah, there are always going to be those fans. OKC, for example - a much better team than Chicago for now - would have more than their fair share of fans saying most of the same things had they played and beat Miami tonight instead of the Bulls.

I am glad the Heat lost because now he don't have to hear 24/7 Heat coverage anymore. My god what is ESPN going to talk about tomorrow? Can you imagine if Duke lost in the Sweet 16. ESPN would go off air till the draft.

Although the Heat fans are hilarious. More how long they went on and on about how great the streak was and how amazing it was the moment it ended it was meaningless and the Bulls got lucky and they over celebrated the win and the Heat won more games in the streak then some teams have won all year and etc etc.

Really childish behavior, but having gone to school down there I didn't expect anything less. The ultimate would be if they didn't win the title and to watch their fans react when that happened.

I never understand why people even watch ESPN anymore. Don't think for one second that they still won't talk about LeBron, Tiger Woods, Tim Tebow, and any other annoying back story. You're giving them too much credit
