Don't see it. They made their move to MLB with Connor. They still have some holes and they still need to get Cruz signed.

I think they'll work out Cruz, and try to fix everything else via the draft.

Webster did us a solid taking the heavy pay cut. Now we have the big 4 cornerbacks back at secondary.

How has no one tried to sign Cruz away from the Giants. Collusion?

Yep.

Cruz looks to be inching towards a multiple year deal with the Giants right now. He's all but re-signed.

If we get Cruz signed long term great off season. Both cruz and beatty long term. Brought in good TE very cheap, kept Boothe, got a kicker who can make kicks from more than 45 yards and kick touchbacks and an under the radar signing in connor. And upgraded from canty to jenkins for cheap. All this before the draft which is JR's M-O

This shows me the organization (and DD himself) realize he's not good anymore. We sacrifice a little on-field play for familiarity in the locker room for a million bucks.

Not bad, as long as TC realizes DD is nothing but a subpar backup and plays him like that.

Whoa. I didn't realize this was the NFL Thread. I thought the title said the Carolina Hurricanes signed Dan Blackburn.

When the Giants signed Connor it meant Blackburn was gone.

Well, now you know where he went to!

I liked Chase. Good guy. His pick against Brady in the SB was one of the highest decibel ranges I've hit.

Watching the Pats score, then drive, I went to my garage sulking, smoking a butt and just accepted that the season was over to the hated Bostonians. I couldnt watch anymore.

Then I heard my neigbors scream and my wife, who is a much more loyal fan than me, opened the door screaming "Blackman just got an interception"

Godspeed Chase Blackman.

Agreed with Jonathan. Loved Blackburn, but glad it wasn't us that paid Osi. Ecstatic as a matter of fact.

Going to miss Blackburn, but this was definitely expected. I would say the same for Osi, but I've been indifferent about him due to all of his whining.

Osi was good but it was time to part ways. One of my favorite Giants ever.

Chase should've been a lifetime Giant. Osi I could care less about, so much *****ing and moaning about money, not a team guy at all imo.
