I hope it will be Grabovsky but he is more of a 1st or 2nd line player so i don't think there will be room for him.

So who do you think the rookie will be?

I don't even think Grabovsky will play in teh NHL this year. It seems like you guys are too high on him.

Edit: I vote for Kost

I really like Grabovsky too,but there is no way he makes the team this year.Maybe next year if Ribeiro and Bonk leave the team, there will be a few spots

I'll say Kostitsyn or Cote. Grabovsky is a wild card, I have no idea where or if he'll factor in.

lappiere

makes the cut as as 4th line aggitator and never gets sent down because he is simply a better all around player than downey and murray.

Murray is better than Lapierre at this moment...

actually right now I would say lappiere is MUCH faster, better defensivly and has put up more points as a rookie in the AHL than murray has probably in his whole
career in the AHL, and as an aggitator I would put them in the same league...

I guess I am saying I completly dissagree with you and the only reason murray would see more time with the big club is age and experience. I like murray, but you have to accept him for what he is...

I agree with everything here except that Murray is a better fighter IMO and that's something we lack. Although I wouldn't say Lappy is "MUCH" faster, Murray ain't no Ribeiro

Murray is a very good skater. I do like Laps though and if he can score the odd goal he would be a gem.

I d say Cote first, then Kost, because I predict carbo s gonna go with 7ds again
I also like the Lapierre option because , I think that Murray s too limited,
I like the kid because he works hard, but that s the only reason why he s in the NHL imo
and I m not too fund on his pugilist skills either. Out of the 4-5 fights he had last year I only remember him winning once...

Garth Murray is a good and pretty fast skater and he did have some decent numbers at one time. He's also a solid grinder, hits well and isn't afaid to drop the gloves. I don't get what people dislike about Murray!

Ironically, my pick is also Maxim Lapierre but in place of Downey, who will be suited up fo the rougher teams. (And yes, I like Downey too)

I think that Chips might surprise a lot of people, and play more games than expected, but Cote could end up playing the entire season

I have a feeling it will be Grabovsky but i'm pretty sure the management will give every chance to Kostitsyn...

BTW...i also think that Murray is better than Lappy right now!!!
