Yeah. It seemed like we had a lot more fans from north of the border then who have faded away. Where's theaub at? Haven't seen him on the board in a few months.

Doc was the **** back on FOX in the 90s. Like McCarver, age has had a negative effect on him.

Yeah I don't dislike Emrick as a person, but he can get so damn annoying sometimes when I'm watching a game. Gary Thorne is one of the best

"Off the floor, on the board!"

GOAT call, IMO. Not even my team and still got chills.

Ha I disagree. Maybe it's bc he's who I grew up listening to, but his calls were always amazing IMO. Him and Clement were a great combo

The Kariya call in the SCF is only topped by "Do you believe in miracles? Yes!" by Al Michaels.

Did not know this, just assumed you grew up a Sox fan... not that it matters.

HUH?

I did. Not sure what you're responding to. My mom is a Cubs fan, so I saw Hohokam and TEP when I was there in 04.

Hohokam is fine, but a Wrigley-based ST facility is better.

Probably reminds a lot of the mid-20's to mid 30's posters of their youth.

Well, I'm lower to mid 20s and he was part of my youth as well, but I have as good of memories of Doc on FOX when I was 5-6 years old.

Never mind. I went full retard. Your first post I quoted about the Jays, I thought you were saying you were a Jays fan with them.

From Rotoworld:

Quote:
An MRI Wednesday revealed a re-tear of the anterior capsule in Johan Santana's left shoulder.
What a bummer. Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said there is a "strong possibility" that Santana will require another surgery. The operation would knock him out for this season, and, given that it took him nearly two years to come back from the surgery the first time, the 34-year-old's career would definitely be in jeopardy. Santana is owed $25.5 million this season and has a $5.5 million buyout for 2014. The contract is not insured.

Woot woot woot

Don't think I've seen MU play a better 40 minutes than that game. Completely dominated them.
