Just breaking balls a little bit, but if you're attending college in the fall, you might want to clean that up .

There is a forward on Miami who is from Dracut which is your hometown apparently.

Sick goal by No. Dak forward Danny Kristo. Kristo played on the 2010 US Jr Team with
Stepan, Kreider, Carlson & Fowler.

Sioux survive Niagara at least.

Got a text from my mom...a longtime Minnesota Gopher sports fan. "Fricking Gophers!"

she doesn't swear, so that was about as graphic as she's gonna get.

Surprised. That was a tough pill to swallow I bet. Says alot about Yale IMO. I know that Minnesotans hated that.

Won't be the same without you guys boss, I know you hail from there

Uurgh. Every player but one on this year's roster was drafted. It just caps what's been about 10 years of fairly mediocre hockey (By Minnesota standards). This year's team is the best they've had in that span, and they massively underperformed. Don Lucia should be facing a little heat, but the men's hockey coach at Minnesota's sorta like Paterno at Penn State.

Hmm. Bad example. But you know what I mean.

All credit to Yale though...they've been in the regional finals the last three years. Hard work beats talent when the talent doesn't work hard.

Man, it's been a ****** 48 hours of my hockey life.

It's so nice that UML hockey is relevant now.

How did O'Gara look for Yale? Gothberg for ND? Anyone?

JVR's brother scored a nice pp goal for unh. If I was a Denver fan I would be saying they need to stay out of the box. Since I am a unh fan I want them to go there and often.

Tvr is a beast. I bet he ends up in the NHL or at least signing with an NHL team pretty damn soon

I kind of like that the ncaa reviews head shots and assesses penalties after the fact. Very dirty play.

This Minnesota team is good but the 2005-06 and 2006-07 teams were more talented. One team had Kessel, Goligoski, Wheeler, Stoa & Frazee. The other had Wheeler, Goligoski Eric Johnson, Okposo, Frazer & Stoa. This team has no one at Kessel, Wheeler or Johnson's level.

And unh moves on. They beat uml all three times they played this season but uml was struggling at the time.

If Goumas is out with a head injury it is going to be tough for them to win.

UND vs Yale @ 4:00 ESPU today. (Gothberg vs O'Gara) Gothberg had 28 saves in 2-1 win over Niagara; O'Gara had an assist on Yale's first goal.

Good teams, and certainly top heavy with talent. I tend to think that this year's squad, from 1-20, was more balanced than those teams were. Not like it matters now.

Of course, another thing they have in common is that they underperformed, especially the 06-07 team.

Budish says he is coming back. Haula, Schmidt are still undecided, although I'm sure a Chuck Fletcher's been on the phone with Haula already. Bjugstad said last night he in shock, says this was greatest year of his life, loves his teammates, ect.....we'll see.

I suppose I'll be a bandwagon UNH fan now. Anyone but BC or UND.

I can't stand BC-always root against them.

Not sure UNH will move on though-depends on whether Goumas is healthy and if they can beat the new and improved UML. When UNH beat them earlier in the year, it was at a time when UML was playing poorly in general. Although it may just be a matter of styles meshing as well.

Always like to see a MA team go deep in the Frozen regardless of which. Cheering for the reigning champs but I'd be happy for UML, too.

UNH was missing Goumas tonight. Shame he was injured in a bad hit last night, but you only have one brain.

Think I will be rooting for UML from here on out, because I want a hockey east team not named BC to win the championship.

Glad to see UML advance. Bazin has done a tremendous job. They have 9 frosh on the roster and just
3 seniors. UNH was good and losing their top two forwards was tough.

Is Henrion drafted? If not B's should sign him. Kid can play.

After the way Tubby SMith got canned in hoops despite making the tournament nearly every year he was at Minny Lucia should be in the breadline tomorrow.

Props to UML for their great season and I hope they win it all.
