Sundin for both. More consistent, more points, more accomplishments, great leader and a HoF legend. Not to mention that he makes everyone around him better.

Guess who is who? Doesn't look like his PPG totals will be getting much better anytime soon. Statisically, Sundin wins and their is no arguement around it.

Tied for the lead in NHL OT winners, has the higher peak of the two, 97 GWG to put him 7th all time, tied for scoring 20 goals in 17 straight seasons, all well being a giant at 6'5.

Not really sure how you wouldn't want the consistent franchise center instead of the winger who you argue has the better points when he clearly does not and its not like Iginla is some defensive stud ethier. But then again, I guess if you aren't a top 10 scorer then your just an average center.

It's definately close, I'll respect either choice other than AINEC!

Whether one chooses Sundin or Iginla in this poll, there really is no wrong answer. The only wrong answer is to say that it's not close. So, you are mistaken.

I voted for Sundin though I am a big fan of both players (probably a little bias too). Favourite thing about Mats was his consitency, never had an off season

11 consecutive 30 goal seasons is pretty consistent though. Maybe not as much consistency game-to-game, but over the course of a full season, Iginila has been incredibly steady.

Iginla for both.

Sundin was greatly overrated due to the place where he played. Compare his career to other 1st ballot HOFs and this fact become apparent.

I honestly couldn't decide so I voted Sundin just so we could have a tie poll

Fantastic idea for a poll OP. Really tough having to choose between two of the better players of our era.
