That's exactly what I am saying. Wasn't comparing the two, just stating that if there's a QMJHL prospect I am anxious to see at a grander stage, it's Hudon.

Not very optimistic about Archy's chances but he's worth taking a look at. The talent is there but I don't think he has the brains to be an NHLer.

A guy from my hometown played with him 2 years ago in Val d'or.. He told me this guy was so cocky and full of himself you wouldnt believe... I don't think he will ever make it to be big club! Poor work ethic

They probably just signed him to an ATO to give him a few AHL games and decide if they want to sign him or let him back into the draft.

I wouldn't lose sleep if we didn't sign this guy. But Hamilton needs help, so why not see what he can do?

Is Archambault better than Fortier? Haven't followed these guys at all since they were drafted so i'm just wondering. To me they seem to be in the same mold but i may be wrong

Two completly different players!

Archambault has an amazing talent with puck but he doesn't have much hockey sense and not the greatest attitude.

Fortier was a responsible two-way forward but not a physical player. Had he reached his potential he could have become a player similar to Jeff Halpern

Hamilton needs more veterans, not rookies imo.

They'll get them next year. Losing Palushaj and Geoffrion hurt a lot.

So I'll take it it means we are getting Tavares and DiPietro.

Now I'm only commenting on speculation and I get that athletes want to compete with the best to get better, but take the friggin ECHL deal.

You can make $45k playing hockey with the boys or working some entry-level paper-pushing job. All because you're to stubborn? Is he really going to ask for a trade? I guess he could not sign and take his chances with another team, but C'mon...
