Melrose and Buccigross have been raving about Gost all game. As I'm typing this Gost almost scores.

Pierre McGuire has some competition for the Gostisbehere love boat. Barry Melrose is all over him.

He may have to file a restraining order on Melrose after the game. He won't stop talking about him.

I think Melrose took Cialis before the game.

Buccigross was just talking about Gost and how the plan was to keep him there for next year but if he keeps playing like this in the Tourney things may change.

His skating, shot, and passing ability puts him in the top 4 immediately. Him being only 160 pounds is the roadblock in his jump to the NHL. He would get killed by an NHL forecheck. Best thing to do is be patient with Gostisbehere.

I don't think he was implying Gost would go to the NHL right away just that he may get a contract offer after the Tourney if he continues his great play.

This seems like a strange year for College Hockey all the usual suspects when it comes to top teams are getting knocked off early in upsets.

Gostisbehere is showing he's too talented to be playing college hockey next year. He needs the challenge next year of the pro game (Adirondack). He's obviously playing possessed tonight, but my fear is him playing another year in the ECAC and getting into bad habits.

I was in the boat of leaving him there for next year but after seeing tonight's game against a top team like BC and the World Juniors I think the AHL will be a better option for next year. He can add weight there and play against better competition while getting top minutes.

I think Ghost has some of the best skating any defenseman in our system that we've ever had. His shot power for his size is also unreal.

I say give him another year to build up strength. College has less games and more gym time. If he is as good as he looks as far as NHL potential, he wont be spending a lot of time in the AHL.
