Interesting game. Went in to the third happy to still have a chance at a point, but after the third, an OTL was pretty disappointing.

Maybe the game plan was to help Columbus get the 7th seed

Great 3rd period but sometimes the luck is not on your side. Bob has been such a beast out there. Columbus is my second fav team in NHL (Go Jarmo!) so them fighting for the playoffs spot is nice.

And now to face Lehtonen who is beast against the Ducks.

Agreed.

But it`s not like we were the only ones that they mached up well. They haven`t lost 12 in a row in regulation at home now. They`re just playing good lately and if you look at their game sheets, a lot of teams struggle against them and they`re not the same old Jackets that is a top 5 seed

If i had to pick a team to lose to it woukd be columbus. Id like to see them make it and the rangers dont.

Bobrovsky is continuing his incredible playing and held them in the third. Had a feeling they would score, Hiller goes all third with one shot then they come attacking in ot. Standing around like that usually results in a goal

No point in having Sbisa here. All he does is make mistakes. Vatanen is a must for our PP. I think Murray sees it the same. Would not be surprised at all to see Sbisa traded by Wenesday
So you want to trade a proven third pairing guy with potential and size to handle bigger forwards for a midget who will only benefit us on the PP, can't handle larger forwards and will need to play incredibly sheltered minutes at this point of his career?

You ask any forward in the NHL who they would prefer to go up against out of Sbisa or Vatanen and I guarantee most would say Vatanen.

Etem's a beast. He needs more ice-time.

Yeah etem is looking more and more like a brilliant pick. He deserves selannes ice time and cogs and his speed work well together. Get a playmaker in there and stack and watch.

It's amazing the difference in effort I see when bobby is with Getz and perry but I like our team better when they are split up.

Palm Getz perry
Etem Ryan cogs
Winnik koivu Dvorak
Selanne holland maroon/belesky/staubitz

Got that, and I agree. They (BJ's) are a pretty good team.. I was more or less referring to the fact that alot of their key players were out, and for them to still give us that much trouble seemed mind boggling. I get it teams step up in adversity, but I feel the Ducks should have the talent to overcome that.

This is probably where my theme all season of them being overachievers comes back into play.
