Walking Dead finale was a bit "meh" for PK and I. I was telling her that in a way, that's a good thing because it won't feel like a drag waiting for it to come back on.

Can't wait to watch GOT tonight, though.

And Louis CK on Thursday.

You also said that by the time the show comes on, we will have a 2 year old and a one month old and WE will be the walking dead.

Got some willow branches off my grand dads tree and will now smack people with them. Isn't that the goal of dingus day?

Here you are ..,

Quote:
when farm boys in Poland wanted to attract notice from the girls of their choice. It was custom to throw water and hit the girls on their legs with twigs or p ussywillows. Cologne was used instead of water by the more gallant lads. The ladies would reciprocate by throwing dishes & crockery and Tuesday was their day of revenge, imitating the same tactics

Good luck with that!

Hrmm, isn't it easier just to hit the desired member of the female species on the head with a club, and drag her away by the hair?

Yea, I was also thinking, if the girls get revenge on Tuesday by doing the same thing the guys did on Monday, what did the guys do? Did they throw dishes and crockery? Did they get the dishes from home? And if yes, their mothers must of been piiiiiissed!

Phone interview went very well, I think. I was told straight out "It sounds like you'd be a great fit here."

Still no word on the pay, which is a concern until I hear otherwise. If I'm leaving my current place, it needs to be for a raise.

Awesome! Seems like even a lateral move could ease some of the burden your current micromanagers have put on you, though.

I've thought that, but we're also aiming to get a mortgage in the next 6 months, and I think leaving my current job would only be rationalized by the bank if it were for a raise.

Time to take a close look at the family budget. I mean, a live-in nanny would work perfect for important events like this.

Random dating website experiment:

On a certain free dating website, I averaged about 6 profile views per week. The standard image was just me smiling, I consider it a very good photo of an otherwise average face.

I have replaced it with a picture of myself in a tank top flexing ever so sightly and have gotten 7 views in one day.

TL : DR - Women do in fact, like muscles. Or maybe they like less of my face.

I didn't know Buckshot was a nanny. You learn something new every day.
