Legwand goes forehand-backhand every single time. Every single one.

Need somebody to pass the puck to Crawford and let him put it in his own net again.

Too late.

He comes out 20 ft past the crease to cut off the shooter and fails. He's so big why doesn't he just sit there in the blue paint? This weekend should be interesting.

He goes down too quickly against good stickhandlers. He was that way in Milwaukee.

We always joke about SK trying to pass in a shoot out..well he tried his hardest & held on to the puck as long as he could tonight.

Goes without saying that we really needed that second point- and it hurts that much more because we were one shot away.............

And I just have to once again say that this board is ridiculous with the negativity. If I just read this game thread, and didn't know the result of the game, I would swear we lost 9-0...... Most negative sports board EVER.

We are having a very disappointing season- no arguments there. And there have been many nights when the team deserved every bit of criticism we could throw at them on here.

But not tonight- a 3-2 shootout loss on the road to the best team in the league, and a two goal comeback at that???

the problem is the two goals were really flukes, not so much great scoring plays...

we have relapsed into that team that cant score a goal unless its a lucky bounce or a goalie is having a bad night

the seemingly "acceptable/not so bad" result belies the fact that we have gone right back to playing like we did the first 10 games or so...

Well they did better than I thought they would. Fought back and tied the game and took a point. A flukey play is sometimes all it takes to get things going. We've had our share of bad luck this season, so any good luck that comes our way, I'll take it!

I'm just glad that Pekka stopped Kane in the shootout. If only he wouldn't have bit on toews' move, or if we could get more than one guy at a time to score in the shootout.

And damn you carcillo!

You must be mistaken. He'll be out of the NHL in a couple years.

First, who cares if the goals were flukes? It's about time we got some flukey goals- we were way overdue because goodness knows we've had a ton of those scored against us.

Second, if by relapse you mean the last 2 games, then ok- but we have been a top 10 offense the past 20 games, despite unbelievably bad luck with injuries to forwards- I doubt any team in the league has had as many injuries to their key offensive players- and now we can add Bourque to the list.
