If Kristo signs and plays it burns a year. Doubt the habs let that happen.

He can sign a contract that starts next year and sign an ATO for the rest of the season.

He can and I hope he does, but really I just want him signed.

Archambault is in, wearing #56. No Collberg or Hudon. Ross is also not playing.

Listening to the pre-game show it sounds like the plan all along for Grassi and Ouellet was to take a look at them and then return them to their teams. Grassi will finish his college career and Ouellet will go back to San Francisco. Apparently they both evaluated well and perhaps they could have another shot with the Dogs... Ouellet next year and Grassi after his college eligibility.

Quailer - Vail - Leblanc was a strong line the last game.

Why in the world did they flip flop Vail and Noke tonight?

This is just the stuff that draws me totally crazy about Lefebvre.

They were awesome together, easily Vail's best game as Bulldog and one of Leblanc's best of the year. Lefebvre is very frustrating when it comes to managing his forwards. It seems like he's always shuffling the lines, for no rhyme or reason, even if they are successful.

Now Nokelainen is seeing PP time. Why? The season is over, the kids should be getting the PP time.

Grassi was a senior this year, and a college player couldn't play a couple of pro games and then go back to college, they would lose their NCAA eligibility.

Grassi is just going back to school to graduate, likely has to just take his finals perhaps.

Archambault not looking bad with the Dogs. Great set of wheels.

He almost scored on his first presence ever and almost had a break away a bit later.

not bad so far, I'm really surprised by his speed.

no clue but i'm not surprised as the PP often makes me want to poke my eyes out.

I still don't get why I have to keep seeing Mayer in net.

Yup.

Pretty convinced that at least 5 QMJHL head coaches would have done a much better job.

agreed, he had a good burst of speed that almost led to something. My concern for him is his lack of lower body strength but so far so good from him.

He also showed good hands deking a few guys easily on one play.

But he looks tiny downthere. He is easily pushed away by bigger players. Lack of strenght obviously.
