Winfield is still a very good slot defender. Redskins want him.
Except we (Redskins) would have to make a few moves to make room for Winfield. He's looking for roughly $3.5M/year for two years. Apparently, he's very happy that we re-upped Hall because he feels his talents mesh well with his... But $ is still an issue.

We've signed:

CB EJ Biggers
CB DeAngelo Hall
NT Ron Brace
DE Philip Merling
OT Tony Pashos
OT Jeremy Trueblood
OLB Darryl Tapp

And we're still living out the second $18M cap penalty that the league imposed... (don't get me started on that). The Bills could easily get Winfield out from under us if he's looking for money.

I'm still hoping something comes of the reported Mike Jenkins visit from last week. Haven't heard anything more on him.

Ogeltree got nailed with a DUI in February and failed a drug test last spring. I still think he's a first round pick, although not likely top 10.

Wouldn't this draft be a good time for the Bills to pull a NE and trade back from the 8th pick. If a QB is high on the list and with most other teams addressing their need already then why waste the 8th pick on a QB.

I would be trading down the first round all the way until the very last pick and accumulate 2nd and 3rd picks along the way to provide some depth and still get that QB but when its not a reach. Once you get pass the Jets there is not really a team needing a QB so you could still get Geno Smith further down the line.

Address other needs first.

They aren't taking a QB at 8.

Bad behavior can catch up with you, he could risk jail time or what not down the road if he continues his behavioral habits.

It's stuff like this that doesn't make me his biggest fan. So much talent, such a small brain.

Well, they don't pay professional athletes for their intelligence.

Wish Stevie would just shut his yap and play football. Oh and how about he actually trains from now on?

Nah, they really couldn't manage that. They couldn't even touch the east coast.

Even then, it's gallows humor. I dig it, others don't. Stevie obviously does.

Pretty much.

You people need to come out of your ivory towers. A 26 year old made a joke on his Twitter. SHOCKING BEHAVIOR.

Maybe it was in poor taste, but there are a lot worse things he could be doing...

And hey, at least he knows exactly who the enemy is.

Kiper did a new two-round mock draft today on Insider. Here are his picks for Buffalo:

Quote:
8. Buffalo - Jonathan Cooper, Guard, North Carolina

Analysis: The Bills actually have a good foundation on the offensive line. They should feel pretty good about four of their five starters up front. Unfortunately, they lost left guard Andy Levitre to the Titans in free agency, which could really hurt, particularly for a run game that should be strong. Cooper is a great guard, a player capable of challenging for a trip to Hawaii as a rookie. Given the situation at QB, the Bills should take advantage of the opportunity to fill the biggest void they have up front
Quote:
41. Buffalo Bills - Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
They added Kevin Kolb, but Nassib could be the quarterback of the future.
AFC East Picks

Miami

12. D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
42. Tank Carradine, DE, Florida State
54. Robert Alford, CB, SE Louisiana

New England

29. Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
59. Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU

New York Jets

9. Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
39. Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford

Too predictable.

He has Mathieu going to BB. Sounds like a good project.

Nassib to Buffalo? Sadly the easiest prediction of the draft not of Top 10 picks
