I'm glad we didn't go for Bishop after seeing what they got for him! Wonder what else will shake out in the next 30 mins

In terms of an immediate fix, unfortunately, nothing. But to know that Conacher was even available, he projects at worst to be a third-liner with upside in the top-6. A good player to help build around, no?

Again they wanted a goalie this is like the people that complained about not getting Ott when we didn't have a Roy to trade.

Told draft pick going to Jackets for Mason
Trades Bobrovsky away and then trades for his backup. Bizarre.

Pending he waives his no trade. Which I don't think will happen. Unbelievable though

Didn't see that coming. Apparently he hasn't waived his NTC yet though.

meh, Brassard was underperforming and Dorsett's a good third liner. The jury's still out on Moore but Gaborik is the best player in the deal

I don't expect a move today. Probably ride the rest of the year out and continue the rebuild. Would of like to see them offload Sarich even for a 7th, and one of Cammy, Tangs, or stempniak for assets but doesn't look like that's gonna happen

Feels like it, unfortunately. Should have unloaded more from the defence corps but there's always draft day, perhaps we'll see movement there.

I feel like Cammalleri was on the table for Columbus but the Rangers didn't need a pick coming back, so that was that.

If either Brassard or Moore were on the table for Cammalleri and the Flames didn't pull the trigger, they'd be even bigger idiots than I already think they are.

It's possible Cammalleri had Columbus on his NTC list.
