Larsson, Hackett are confirmed. Draft picks may be involved per Sportsnet.

It'll be weird seeing Pominville in another jersey.

If it is just Hackett and Larsson, Wild win by a mile. Good trade, looking forward to Pominville's contributions.

If we sent a first on top of Larsson and Hackett...he better damn well re-sign.

If the Wild gave up Hackett, does that signal the end for Miller possibly?

According to TSN Trade Tracker it is Hackett and Larsson for Pominville straight up. No draft picks.

EDIT - Or not

Bye Larsson! Shame we didn't get to see him play before he got traded The good thing is that even after trading Larsson and Hackett, our prospect pool is still very strong. With Granlund about to make the team and Coyle already playing regular minutes, Larsson was expendable.

Pomminville is a great addition! With the Canucks adding Roy, I feel they got better, but this trade puts the Wild right back on top I think.

If this is for Larsson AND Hackett, then an amazing deal for Buffalo.

Coyle and it's not close. Larsson has wheels though, really impressive skater. But Coyle is a potential 1st liner (he's currently on the 1st line, but shouldn't be), and Larsson isn't.

He's not a rental. Still another year left so that a 1st or 2nd makes sense.

That's not happening. Pretty sure a first will also be going back to the sabres.

The population of Pominville just got smaller?

Larsson is one of my favorite (former) Wild prospects...

Excellent two-way player, polished and close to NHL ready at 20 years old. I think he has some offensive upside as well. Safe to say third line center floor, top six center ceiling. Not the biggest guy at 5'11 or so. In my mind I thought he'd be a poor man's Zetterberg, 20-25 goals and 50-60 points and solid defense.

Coyle is a power forward, IMO a 25-30 goal guy.

Good return for Buffalo, good pickup for Minny.

Good trades today (minus Yzerman)

Man, anyone who is trashing this trade from the Wild's perspective needs to give their head a shake. Pominville is a great player in his prime.

Pominville, great. Larsson+Hackett+1st? That's a lot to pay, it better be a 2nd, or an extension for Pominville in there.
