Have you seen Moore play? He gets remarkably little done with those wheels.

The ceiling for brassard is = to a career low season for Gaborik.

Dorsett is a goon.

Don't know about Moore but he was -23 in the NHL last year and -27 in the AHL the year before.

Horrible trade, one of the worst in decades.

Good for Columbus, didn't think they would be buyers.

Yeah, that team that's sitting 9th in the East sure was a juggernaut this year.

Sather is destroying this team, they essentially remove Gaborik for Nash. Richards wont be back next year so this will be Nashs team.

Im pretty sure 99.9% of people on here would rather have Gaborik than Nash.

It seems like a great result for a first test for the new GM, nice moves by Colombus.

Count me in the 1%. Gaborik looks like he's fading. Nash looks the same if not better than he ususally does.

I love this trade for the Jackets, but I think Nash is a better player. Always have.

Not really, Brassard still has potential, Dorsett is the type of player we've been lacking and John Moore is an awesome prospect that we needed. The depth behind McIlrath and Skjei on defense in our system is awful.

I really like this from a Columbus perspective. Moore is a nice prospect, but they have plenty of young d in their organization. Brassard is alright and Dorsett is a dime a dozen type player.

They didn't give up any of their 3 1st rd picks, murray, jenner, johansen, atkinson etc for Gaborik. Their future looks really good.

Rangers basically gutted half of their last years team that made the Conference Finals. I really don't know what to make of them anymore.

Moore has his ups and downs, and really needs consistent playing time to just develop. This season, he was outplayed by Tim Erixon and Dalton Prout, and has had a number of nagging injuries that have kept him out of the lineup.

He's a great kid with a good attitude and a ton of talent, but he's still a young player who needs ice time and will make mistakes.

Uh . . . really? Gaborik over Nash? You can't be serious.

Nash has been very good for the Rangers, much better than Gabby this year without a doubt !!

This looks like your typical HF quantity for quality proposal.

Rangers get to dump a lot of salary though I guess.

I wouldn't be shocked at all if he does and I do HOPE that he does. I think all Rangers fans wish him well (we also wish he didn't suck for us this season).
