Seriously, best of luck to Gaborik. I hope he turns it around.

Forgot he'll be back in division next year

Thanks for the goals Gabby, sorry that my jersey curse carried over to you (maybe I should buy a Pyatt one).

Enjoy Ohio and try not to beat up the Rangers too bad next season

And just like that, Gaborik the European is the scapegoat for the season and Richards (who is 5x worse) is absolved of all sins and people forget how terrible the signing Has been. Gaborik has out-produced Richards as a goal scoring RW while Brad is a playmaking C. Not a good stat for Brad. I feel that he is next to go, along with Tortorella. Can't wait.

Thanks for the memories. Gaborik was an absolute warrior last playoffs playing with a bad shoulder. His triple OT winner Game 3 against Washington is one of my favorite moments of last season.

My favorite player since his acquisition.

Good luck with Rangers West, soon to be Rangers East II.

He was the one good FA signing in recent memory. Played some very, very exciting hockey for this team over the past few years. Definitely pulled his fair share of the weight and lived up to expectations before this year.

Once a Ranger, always a Ranger. Except for the nights playing against the Rangers, then he's just another opponent.

One of the few FA signings that worked out exceptionally well. The goal scorer we spent the better part of a decade searching for. Sorry to see him go. Exceptionally sorry to see Tortorella chosen over him. I hope he goes on an ungodly tear, and I hope he scores 5 every game against us.

I'm a big fan of Gabby's. Good luck in Columbus.

I used to sometimes see him around the local Whole Foods with his girlfriend, stocking up on Czech beer.

My favorite Ranger. Was a pleasure having him on the team.

Best memory:

I was stoked to learn that Gabby lives somewhere in my 1-2 block radius judging by 24/7. Even though I never ran into him around here, saddens me to know I probably never will.

I will miss Gabby, even if he wasn't scoring this year.

Pretty sure the first time I saw him play was when he got 5 against us when he was still with the Wild. I was so excited when we signed him, and he really did produce for us over his time here... plus anyone who plays ~40 games through a torn rotator cuff is just plain ridiculous.

Also him carrying a christmas tree over his shoulder down the street in NYC.

I feel bad for Micheletti. We're dangerously low on "quick release" now.
