Don't like this move with that price.

Good trade for both teams. Minnesota gets another impact forward and Buffalo gets their goalie of the future in Hackett and another 1st in a pretty good draft.

They sold in a good year to sell. What can I say. Glad they are out east. In 3-5 years that team will be loaded with good young talent.

The Wild can afford it with a deep prospect pool. Larsson is good but so is Granlund. Hackett is good but so is Darcy Kuemper.

How is Pominville in the playoffs?

Minnesota should've gotten someone more proven PO-player IMO.

Everyone please disregard this post. Pominville is a great player, and there aren't any glaring weaknesses in his game other than maybe a lack of physicality.

I really like it now that I've read more on Johan Larsson. Hackett and Enroth should be an interesting mix of talent if they do indeed move on from Miller.

BINGO!

It should have been Larsson or a 1st to go with Hackett and the 2nd.

Or Pominville and a 2nd for Hackett, Larsson, and a 1st.

I'm fine with it. Wild could afford to make this deal with their deep prospect pool. It's not like we gave up any of our top 5 prospects.

In Fletch We Trust.

I sure hope that 1st is conditional on the Wild making the Conference Finals or something like that. I like Pominville a lot but Larsson, Hackett and 2 high draft picks is a lot. If the pick we got back was one of Buffalo's many 2nd rounders, then I'd like it a lot more.

Pominville is the best forward traded this year. I don't think Yandle is better than Pominville.

Can't believe the Wild gave up the draft picks PLUS Hackett & Larsson.

SABRES won this trade easily.

For the bajillionth time - Pominville is not a rental player and is also 5 years younger than Iginla.

I still like this trade for the Wild, although a lot less with the picks.

Meh, goalies are easy to find. If you have a good defensive coach, you have a good goalie.

I would take Yandle 100 times out of 100. Wild are paper thin on defense after that top pairing. We have a friggin AHL'er on our second pairing.

That has to be some of the better rebuilding returns in a while.

To be fair, Wild got a good player in return at least.
