I don't follow tennis or Pegula's daughters .. I saw a mention of construction updates on his Penn State donation and curiously typed Pegula into a Twitter search and that tweet came up alongside what I was looking for .. I found it worth sharing since she beat a ranked opponent in Barthel and wasn't sure if that would get coverage locally or not.

fill-in the blanks?

1. _ _NDOM
2. F_ _K
3. P_N_S
4. PU_S_
5. S_X
6. BOO_S

Answers:

Hmm...I got "fandom", "funk", "ponds", "purse", and "boots" instead. Not sure it worked as intended.

My husband is obsessed with Five Guys fries. I, personally don't really like them. They are too potato-y for me. I know I'm in the minority, but I prefer my fries thin cut and crispy.

Day 3, finally got enough access and background knowledge to be able to fix things. Sat with a senior engineer to get their processes and procedures down, and dove right in.

He told me towards the end of the day that I was doing things he didn't even start doing until 6 months in.

Really made my day.

I had "fandom", then read the others and said - "whoa, what's the trick here?"

I love the fries at Five Guys too (simple and fresh) but, my wife says the same thing as you "too potato-y"

I took her there telling her "You'll love 'em" and she's just like "meh"

STOP BEING LOGICAL!

If I want soft potato, I'll mash a spud. If I want a french fry, give me a crispy, salty delight with hint of potato, dammit.

Before the pervs step in, HAHAHAHA salty delight HAHAHAHA.

Yeah, I generally prefer thin fries that are crispy on the outside.
